John, it appears that your post was published just one segment of it, so I would suggest that you repeat it. Assuming that you intended to ask whether it is possible to reach Foshan by train from Hong Kong and be eligible for some kind of visa free transit, I will immediately tell you that something like this is not possible. In order to get visa free transit you simply have to fly from Hong Kong to Guangzhou and after that return first to Macau (ferry from Shenzhen to Macau from Shekou port) and then by ferry to Hong Kong.
