About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 Hours permit visa

Hi.. I’m traveling from Thailand(Bangkok) to Shanghai-> US .. I’m from Venezuela and I was wondering if I’m still able to ask for the 144 hours permit visa

You cannot. Venezuelan nationality is limited to 24 hours transit without visa.

And it doesn’t matter if I have the US permanent residence?.. doesn’t affect at all? I still can stay in the country for 24 hours ?

Only nationality counts. Residence is totally irrelevant.
