About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Seoul-Guangzhou-Frankfurt with stopover in Changsha

I am Polish citizen. Taking a flight from Seoul to Frankfurt (with transit in Guangzhou, and stopover in Changsha). China Southern Airlines. Flights nr: CZ3062 and CZ331. Do I need a Chinese Visa? My stay in China will be under 24h, but China Southern has a strange rules about flights CZ331/332...

OK, your first scheduled landing in China will be in Guangzhou at 18:50 (or in some cases at 19:05) and your scheduled (the last) departure from China will be from Changsha at 00:05 of the next day. Actually, your stay will be far less than 24 hours, so you are perfectly eligible for 24 hours visa free transit. I'm not familiar about those, that you have mentioned, strange rules for the mentioned flights, but at least in this aspect of visa issues, you are perfectly eligible for visa free travel and don't need any kind of visa.
