About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I have a connecting flight to USA and my stop over is Beijing China.

Do I have to claim my luggage in PEK and then check it in again?

If it is a connecting flight by the same air company, you don't have to check it again. If not, you need to claim and check again. If you are not very sure about that, it is better to verify with your air companies.
