About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

24hrs transit visa for Algerian.

I'm a Algerian citizen traveling from Paris to The philippines but I have 2 stops in China. My itinerary is as follows: Paris- Shanghai - Kumming - Manila. my final destination in Manila (Philippines). My total stay in China from time arrival till departure would be less than 24 hours. Am I eligible for 24hrs free transit visa?

You should count the hours needed for transfer from your first scheduled arrival (landing) in China, in your case Shanghai, and your last scheduled departure (take off) from China, in your case Kunming. In case, as you say, that the number is less than 24 hours, then you are perfectly eligible for 24 hours visa free transit.
