Do I need a VISA

If we are a group of 4 passengers on AA# Flight that lands in Shanghai Airport at 1555 hrs. on Feb.29, 2020 and then we go directly to the Holland Line cruise ship to board that evening. Do we a VISA

You can stay in Shanghai up to 144 hours without a visa.
