About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 free transit visa for Shanghai

We fly May next with Lufthansa from Amsterdam to Seoul, fly with Spring Air from Seoul to Shanghai and from Shanghai with Lufthansa to Amsterdam.

So: AMS-SEOUL-SHANGHAI-AMS

We like to stay for 3 days in Shanghai.

Is it possible to use the 144 visa?

Thanks in advance,

Patrick

Yes, it is. This itinerary is perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free travel.

This is definitely eligible for 144 hours visa free transit, although you will probably have some layover on your Amsterdam to Seoul and Shanghai to Amsterdam flights, probably in Frankfurt or Munich. Please, just check your flight itinerary to be certain that your flight from Shanghai toward Amsterdam does not have any additional landing in mainland China.
