Can I benefit from the 144-Hour free transit visa in Shanghai?

I shall be travelling from Amsterdam via Dubai to Shanghai. There I shall stay for 3 days before I continue my travel to Singapore via Kuala Lumpur. In Singapore I stay for 10 days before flying back to Amsterdam via Dubai.
Can I benefit from the 144-Hour free transit visa in Shanghai or do I have to get a regular visa for Shanghai?

In case that you are a citizen of Netherlands, your presented itinerary is perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free transit. Just do not forget to have your flight tickets and accommodation booking in printed form.
