About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Xiamen

I am cruising into Xiamen Port for 1 day, then cruising to Shanghai port for 2 days stay.

Can I apply for a 144 hour visa for both ports travel dates 7 Dec Hong Kong, 9 Dec Xiamen & Shanghai 11-12 Dec?

No, you must get a visa in advance. Two stops in China immediately limits you to 24 hours transit without visa.
