Can I travel Germany Shanghai Hong Kong Beijing Germany

I plan to fly from Germany (U.S. Citizens) to Shanghai, stay 144 hrs, then fly direct to HK stay they 3-4 days, fly from HK direct to Beijing stay 144 hrs & fly back to Germany. Can I do both stops in China with 144 hrs visa free?
