As a German citizen currently studying in Japan (with a study visa), can i do the process to get a Chinese study visa (X2) or Family member of foreigner visa (S2) in Tokyo´s Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC)? You need to apply at the visa center in Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya, just choose the nearest one.
