China visa in Macau

Hello, I am a Namibian citizen and currently a PhD candidate in Taiwan. Is it possible perhaps for me to apply for the China Visa while visiting Macau?

Try HK instead where there are more successful cases. The Chinese High Commission has indicated that visas are "in principle" not issued to persons without residency in Macau.
