About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Permanent resident on Q1

Hi, I'm living in China on temporary resident, holding Q1
When i can apply for permanent resident, my spouse is Chinese.

It's very hard to apply for permanent residence of China, even though you have lived there for years. You can go to the local Exit and Entry Administration to see if you qualify.
