About:China Visa

I want to leave my job but stay in China on my RP .

I plan to leave my job and stay in China for the duration of my RP. My RP is valid for 10 Months. I want stay here with my partner. Can I leave and re-enter on a RP as long as its valid? I will not take another job in China.

Well, Sarah, it depends on whether your ex-employer will inform of your leave to the Exit and Entry Administration. If they do so, you may have to cancel your residence permit.
