About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hours visa free transit for Australian

Hi I have Australian passport
2/5/19 Singapore to Beijing (stay 1 night), then fly to Russia
10/5/19 Russia toBeijing (stay 3 days) then fly to Singapore
Can i get a 144 hour visa free transit for both ways?
