You can travel visa free in both legs of your journey. In the first leg you will be covered by 24 and in the second by 144 hours visa free transit.

Assuming that you are Singaporean citizen, you are allowed to travel in China visa free without bothering with this visa free transit details.

Are you travelling on a Singapore passport?
If so you can visit China up to 15 days visa free.
Otherwise

1. You're eligible for the 24h transit
2. You're eligible for the 144h twov.
