I wanted to travel to HK and intend to work

I am a Filipino and I am currently in Kingdom of Bahrain. I wanted to travel to HK and intend to work. Will the HK government allow me to look for a job once I reached HK? Since we are allowed to enter HK and stay not more than 14 days, if I will be able to find job within that grace period, what would be the procedure? If not, then, what shall I do?
