About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can I refund Shanghai Transportation Card at Hongqiao Airport T1?

I will use it to the airport for the last day. I will be on board there, Hongqiao Airport T1. So, if the best, it should be refunded at there.

Yes, you can refund the card there. After arriving, it won't be difficult for you to find the service center. Don't worry.

The airport staff told me that the card can be only refunded at the metro station of both Hongqiao Airport T2 and Pudong International Airport, exept from some metro stations. So, I was unable to refund at Hongqiao Airport T1.
