Stop of 9h in Shenzhen. Hello I'm a young traveler from Poland.

I will travel from London to Thailand in June but i will have 9 hours of stop in SZ and I wish to go outside the airport to visit the city quickly.
I read about 24h of free visa in the most Chinese cities, but i'm not sure in Shenzhen if they will Accept it.
What should I do?

Yes, you can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy. However, if you want to leave the transit area, you need to apply for the Stay Permit when you arriving at the airport. After that, you can tour around downtown area.
