About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two tickets allowed for visa free transit?

We are holding flight tickets for sectors TPE-SHE on 25 April (issued by China Southern Airlines, and SHE-FRA on 28 April (issued by Lufthansa). Do we qualify for the 144 hours free transit in Liaoning Province? Whom we need to inform of our plan to stay visa-free prior to check-in?
