can i return the transportation card i rent it at xian railway station?

Question

If i rent the card and not purchase it, can I return it at  Station?  Or is there a location that is close to the station?  If I purchase it, it costs 18CNY but I cannot get that deposit back or any remaining value, is that right?Whereas, If i rent it, I can get all the money back?

As I know, you can only return the card in the following place:1. Entrance to parking lot, B1 floor, Xi’an north railway station2. 1st Floor, Baima International Plaza, Changle West Road (outside Chaoyangmen)3. No. 8 Fengcheng 8th Road (next to the Construction Bank) If you return your card in good situation, without any visible damage, you will receive both your rest deposit and the full balance remaining. In addition, if you only stay a few days in the city, you don't need to purchase the transportation card actually. Just use the cash to pay the ticket.
