About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Kazakhstan to Shanghai (via Moscow) then to UK

I want to enter Shanghai on the 144 hour exemption. The route is TSE-SVO layover 5 hours. SVO- PVG. Then 5 days later PVG- LHR. Does this qualify?

SVO - PVG - LHR is fine for the 144h twov if you hold a passport of the 53 qualified countries.
Kazakhstan is not on the list of this countries.
