It's possible for you to apply for HK visa from the Shandong Liaison Unit.
Address: Room 1117, 11/F, Block A, Shimao International Plaza, 26 Quancheng Road, Lixia District, Jinan, Shandong Province, China. You can contact them for details. TEL: 8880 7137

Thanks for your respond. Two question more:
1. If i send my docs directly to Hongkong immigration department, i have to pay visa fee in advance and send it together with all of required docs?
2. Required docs: a photocopy of the applicant’s travel doc means a photocopy of my passport, no need send the original one, right?
3. After sending applicant docs to HK. Where can i follow up or know how the process is?
Many Thanks!

I'd would like to ask the procedure of payment fee. How to pay visa fee from Shenzhen or China Mainland? Of course we absolutely can't send cash along with the application docs to HK Immigration. For sure, the application docs won't be crossed by China Custom if they find cash inside of it.

I found this from the official website of the HK office in Beijing: “”Payment of fees should be made by the applicant at the time of collecting the visa/entry permit. Fees should be paid in cash or by 'cheque for bank transfer purpose'. The cheque should be issued by a bank located in Beijing and made payable to 'The Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing'.“” Just for your reference.
