About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Coming from Los Angeles to Shanghai 5 days

then to Taipei 5 days then back to Shanghai for 3 hour layover then back to Los Angeles, is this acceptable for 144 hour transit without Visa, Frank
