First visa to china in nepal as an Israel citizen

Hi, I'm an israel citizen traveling in nepal and I'm interested to do a tourist l. Can I apply my first visa to china from Nepal? And what is the longest duration of stay I can apply (30/60/90 days)?

If you have all required documents, it's possible for you to apply from Nepal. The long term 90-day duration of the tourist L type is that you can try to apply.
