About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Wuhan

is it possible to have 144 hour transit if I'm leaving wuhan by train to Hong Kong?

not by plane, or is it only available to air travelers?

Don't worry. It will be ok for you to go to HK by train . You can still enjoy ithe 144 hours visa free policy.
