About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residence permit between two different cities

If I live in two cities within China, e.g., one home is for summer season, other home is for winter season. Do I need to register with local PSB at each city? If so, what is the legal policy to do this?

Hi, personally I think you need to register with local PSB at each city. If you doubt that, you are advised to contact the local PSB to inquire that.
