Japan-Transit Baiyun Airport

Hi,Im Karen,a residence here in Japan.I’ll go Italy on 21st of April and will transit in Baiyun Airport and stay probably more than 4 hours before flying to Italy. Do I need to get any visa ? What should I need to do? Please help.
