About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

How long does the working visa last after leaving China?

Hi, I was living and working in China since 2017, my visa was renewed shortly before I left mainland China and is valid until October 2019.
I have been back home for 3 months but while considering returning I was unsure of whether or not my entry permit would still be valid or if reapplication is required? Is there any way to check?

If you have valid Chinese residence permit, you could come back to China. No need to worry.

Thank you. What if the working Z has been cancelled but not the Residence Permit?
I had to leave my job with immediate effect due to a family emergency, I've heard from others that the Z would have been cancelled? And that both the visa and RP cancel out at the same time?

If the working visa has been cancelled, your friend need to go to exit and entry administration of the local PSB to cancel or renew the Residence Permit within 10 days.
