About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Manila to Los Angeles

I am flying on Southern China Airlines from Manila to Guangzhou, Then re checking my bag onto Hainan Airlines and fly to Chongqing for my connecting flight to Los Angeles aboard Hainan Airlines also. Will I need a visa for that as I have alreday booked my flight ?

You don't need a visa if there is less than 24 hours from arrival in Guangzhou to departure from Chongqing. Otherwise you need a visa.
