I am a female born June 26, 1982. Need help on career choice, whether to stay or leave?

These past few months have gone down hill tremendously. There seems to be some major issues going on. I'm just kind of worried that I've been sitting in my seat too long with a lot of hoping and wishing. How does this year look for me?
