About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Need to go through passport control or not at Beijing Capital Airport?

Hi,
We will arrive into PEK (T3) from Singapore. Our next flight is on S7 Airlines to Novosibirsk, also from T3.
I guess we will need to claim our baggage, but do we need to pass through passport control before checking in? If so, I guess we will need a transit visa?

For the international to international transfer, you don't need to reclaim the luggage. But you need to pass through the passport control. No, you can enjoy the 144 hours visa free policy.
