About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

Visa enquiry. I am PhD student in Chinese Academy of Science,from Nepal.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Currently, I am in Beijing. I am planning to attend 2 days scientific conference going to held in Osaka from April 22 to 23. could you pls suggest me about required documents, visa types, timing for entry permit and application procedures?? Thank you.

Maybe you can apply for visit visa for that, and you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in China, studying certificate as well as other required documents. Then, submit the application to the appointed travel agency.
