Can i get the 144 transit visa at the airport in Shanghai?

Hello, I am traveling from Amsterdam to Shanghai Pudong, stay there for 2 days and take the Caribean Cruise ship from International Cruise Terminal to Japan. After 1 week i come back to Shanghai for 2 more days and fly back to Amsterdam.
