About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am arriving into Guangzhou airport and need to go to railway station to get train to HK.

Do I qualify for 24 hr twov?

In theory, it should work. But in practice, land crossings to/from Guangzhou to Hong Kong require a visa. The only way to do it without a visa is by air.
