About:Marriage Registration in China

2 foreign nationals want to get married in china.A British man working in china and Filipina

we are planning to get married our option were get married in philippines or in China.Because he can’t leave his work as a Teacher in China so prioritise to get married in China and i am working in Hongkong at the moment.What documents we needed and How much?We are both single never been married before.thank you

Both of you need to provide passport, visa or residence permit, and a single status certificate from your country. Those documents are required if you want to register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau.
