About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 visa- free entry

Can I have a free entry if landing into Shanghai then go to Beijing , Xiamen , Guilin and leaving via Hong Kong ?

I heard we need the entry permit to travel around but once in Hong Kong we can leave without it as visa is not needed in Hong Kong . Is that correct ? Thanks
We travel with Spanish passport .

You need a visa for your trip to China.

You don't need a visa for HK.
