About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I am flying USA-Shanghai-Bangladesh and have a 2 day stopover in SH.

I will not get my Bangladesh visa until I arrive in Bangladesh, but I will have my plane ticket showing I am going there. Will I be given the 144-hour transit visa without having my Bangladesh Visa?
