We are going on a cruise from Singapore (we are UK citizens)

Arriving in Hong Kong on 30th May 2019 and staying on board ship overnight in Hong Kong, and then disembarking the ship on 3rd June 2019 in Shanghai. We will then stay two nights in SH, then flying back to the UK on the morning of 5th June. Are we covered by the 144 hour visa free exemption?
