About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am travelling with mywife on a Costa Crusie ship which is docked in Shenzhen for 7 hours .

Do I need a visa ?
If I can use a 24 hours free transit where do I get the visa?

I'm afraid you cannot get the free transit at Shenzhen cruise port. Just for reference.
