About:China Visa Application in UK

My wife and I are going to Beijing in September 2025 for 9 nights do we need a visa ?

We are traveling to Beijing via Hong Kong from London . Do we need to apply for a visa. I ask the question as some sites say that if the visit is less than 10 days then you don't require a visa ?

What's your next country or region after Beijing? If it's not HK, then you do not need a visa, the 240h visa-free transit applies to you.
