About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Could I get 2 times 144 transit visa in Shanghai?

I am German citizen, I travel from Germany to SH pudong, I stay 2 days in SH. From SH international cruise terminal I make a cruise around Japan and come 7 days later to SH. I stay 3 more nights in SH and fly back from SH to Germany.
Is it ok to trave just with the 144 transit visa?
Thank you for your help!,

Thank you. Could the airline (in Germany) make problem or not let me fly since I have no Visa, since my flight back in 13 days later?. Do you think it is enough just if I show them that I have the ticket for a cruise ship to go to the 3rd country in between the flights (cruise to Japan 7 days).
Thanks again

Thank you!!
One final question to make sure I understood.
I fly from Germany to SH, and ship from SH to Japan, the same ship from Japan to SH and then SH Germany.
That is from Land A to B, and B to C. The from C to B and B to C.
That means that I can get the 144 transit visa in B (SH) right?
Thanks again:)
