About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Newark USA to Beijing airport to mongolia

Hello,
I'm traveling from Newark to Beijing and then transfer flight to mongolia. What would be the process at terminal 3? Do I need to go downstairs to depart?

For the international to international transfer, the procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
In addition, you can easily find the correct direction based on the detailed English signs at the airport. Don't worry. :)
