About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Traveling from Stockholm to Chongqing

I travel from Stockholm to Chongqing, I arrive at Beijing airport term 3 and travel further from the same terminal. Do I need to pick up the luggage and check it in again before going to Chongqing?
It is 3 hours between arrival and departure

Yes, you need to pick up the luggage and recheck it again. Don't worry. Your transfer time is enough. :)

Yes, you still need to recheck the luggage because of it is an international to domestic transfer.
