Please how would i apply for china entry permit and how much will it cost me on the visa and tickets please. Please may i please know all the details they may required from me please as a new traveller

You can apply for a Chinese tourist L type for that. You should first prepare a filled-out application form affixed with 1 passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, your introduction letter, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation and an invitation letter from your friend, bank statement. Next, go to the embassy of China to submit the application. You may need to pay USD100 for that.
