About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I'm arriving Beijing Capital Airport by SQ, transiting to Mongolia by another airline in T3.

Do i need to exit to collect luggage and re-check in?

holding a Malaysian passport as well. Will i need a visa?

If the two airlines have luggage check through service, then you don't need to collect the luggage and re-check in. In addition, you don't need a visa. You can enjoy the 144 hrs visa free policy.
