Will San Francisco to Shanghai to Hong Kong to Beijing to San Francisco works for 144 hr visa free??

Will San Francisco to Shanghai (stay less than 144 hr) to Hong Kong (stay ~couple days) to Beijing (stay less than 144 hr) back to San Francisco works for 144 hr visa free (used twice within a month) ??
