Los Angeles to Hainan via Shanghai
I will be flying to Hainan, with a layover in Shanghai for 4 hours on arrival. My departure, I have a layover in Jinan for 4 hours. Do I need to register for a 30 day free entry access? Or can I get it at the Port in Santa? How many visas do I need to pre-register for? I don't want to get arrested for flying without a visa. Thank you kindly.
