About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is the 144-hour VISA exemption still a thing?

Looking online,this only refers to the 24 and 72 hour visa-exempt travel. Can yo point to an official source (as of right now) saying that 144-hour free transit is still available?

As I know, the 144-hour VISA-free transit is still available in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Xiamen, Qingdao, Liaoning Chengdu...
