About:

arrive at kunming railway station 22:24pm..and need to go to airport changsui.it is have shuttle bus

is it have public transport that time? taxi or bus?

The last schedule of shuttle bus from the railway station to airport is at 23:00. If you didn't catch it, you can take the taxi. The cab fare is CNY120 to 130.
